Topic : Softaculous will not update

I was trying to update from 3.6.3 to 3.7.1 and it would go through the process, and show it was updated, but it would update the moodle. I tried installing 3.6.5 then going to 3.7.1 but it would not allow. I notice when I click on the edit button I got this error message. Then it would roll it back to 3.6.3 please see below.
Can you please direct me what I may be doing wrong?

Hmm ... it looks like the actual version of the installation is 3.6.3 and not 3.6.5.
