 Daily backups not happening – only during WP updates, Troubleshooting why my daily backups aren't happening (1 Replies, Read 3319 times)

I have my installation details setup thusly:
Automated backups - Once a Day
Backup Rotation - 7

However, I just checked my backups and the only ones I have are all months apart, with a note of "backup created by automated upgrade" from when WP was updated.

Is this a bug, or am I missing something? Thanks!

Hi,

We add a cron job which executes as per your preference i.e. in your case once a day and this cron job performs the backup.

Can you please check if the CRON job exists under the cron jobs section in your control panel account ?

If you please click on the "Save installation details" button and it will add the cron job again if the cron job already exists please open a support ticket with us and we can check this for you :
