Topic : Softaculous cannot refresh license to premium

I just purchased a one-year VPS license and the license did not reflect on the panel, I have use the "Refresh License" and also manually run the cron job.

It still stubbornly say it is free. The IP in question is 45.77.48.15

And additionally, I tried to use "Updates", it says that "Could not connect to Softaculous". But from the Softaculous panel, it can detect the latest version to be 4.9.3 and my version is 4.9.2.

Please help.

Hi,

I just checked this and it seems your server was able to sync with our licensing servers now.

Are you still facing the issue ?

Iv got the same problem!
bought a year license but it WONT work by refreshing .... not good!

This has to be the WORST licensing system on the planet! im loosing work time because this system is NOT simple or efficient at all.

adding the BOUGHT license... Does not work (does not register the new license)
clicking refresh the license.... Does not work (nothing happens)
SSH to run a cron.... Does not work (Just errors)

you need to sort this out, twice iv had to go thought this now

It looks like you are using Webuzo and you purchased the license for Softaculous. You need to purchase Webuzo license.

I have transferred the validity of your Softaculous license to your Webuzo license.

Since Softaculous costs half the price of Webuzo ($25/year) I have transferred only 6 months of validity to Webuzo as per your payment of $12

Please click on the Refresh License link now and check if you still face the issue.
