Topic : Problem with license in a IP

I just hired a VPS server with dedicated IP . And I want to buy a lifetime license VPS . At the time of purchase the license I get an error:

The following errors occured :

The IP address ( s ) - ............. - are Already Assigned to a Free / Premium Softaculous License. If its your IP then a first license Free Add the License in your My License Page .

The license is not mine and I do not softaculous installed on the server. how can I solve that?

Hi,

If you can PM me your server IP I can check this for you.

You can get the license key from the Softaculous Admin panel

You can then add the license to your account here :
http://www.softaculous.com/clients?ca=add

You can go on the "My License" page and click on the License key. Further click on the Subscribe button.
