Should I remove all installations and add them again? So that the right ones show in the App list? |

Hi,
You can delete the following file from your account : .softaculous/installations.php or rename it to installations.php.bak and then use the scan option to import the installations into Softaculous. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |

Hi, I had the same problem and renaming that file initially works. But once I see my installation listed, when clicking to go to the wordpress manager it suddenly disappears again and a new installations.php file is generated. New scan is enable to find the installation. Any suggested workaround? Thanks! Hi, Sorry for the delay in response. Can you please open a support ticket with us so we can quickly check this. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |
