Topic : No Installations Found

Posted By: jemetos on September 12, 2021, 7:52 am
Hi

Would be great if someone could help, please.

Even though there is a list of WordPress installations  - apps. these are out of date and some have been removed etc.

When I do an import/scan  - I get no installations found.

How do I start again - get a full list of current installs and delete any old records.

Many thanks

Should I remove all installations and add them again? So that the right ones show in the App list?

Hi,

You can delete the following file from your account :
.softaculous/installations.php

or rename it to installations.php.bak

and then use the scan option to import the installations into Softaculous.

Hi, I had the same problem and renaming that file initially works.
But once I see my installation listed, when clicking to go to the wordpress manager it suddenly disappears again and a new installations.php file is generated.
New scan is enable to find the installation.

Any suggested workaround?
Thanks!

Hi! Brijesh, thanks for your answer. I opened a support ticket after some time from that post and received a wonderful assistance by the Softaculous team.
As stated by tedsites the license was not activated by our hosting provider, and once done everything worked.
