Topic : How to migrate from uniserver to ampps?

I have uniserver installed, I haven't had problems with it, until I have to update... that's when I discover, there is not information or clear instructions on how to do this :??:

, and the forums are not supported either. :cry:

I did some research and apparently updating ampps and php can be done with a click, am I right?
Now if this is true is a no brainer to change, but the question here is how can I migrate my site (localserver) from uniserver to ampps? Is there any tutorials, or can someone please guide me. * I have a wordpress test site in my uniserver (which is the one I want to transfer to ampps, with the database tables)*.
