The URL and DIRECTORY name do not match, how to backup moved folder (5 Replies, Read 4810 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	Hello, I have moved my site from root (public_html) to the folder (with Duplicator Pro, all works fine). I cannot update the folder path in Softaculous it says: The following errors were found : The URL and DIRECTORY name do not match I need to backup a new folder not the original one. How can I achieve this?

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5647 Status:	Hi, If the path was updated into a sub-directory the URL would also have been updated e.g. domain.com/sub-dir So you will need to update the path as well as URL and then you should not face the issue.
