| How can I disable the automatic backups of my WordPress blog? I can’t find an option under Softaculous and I need it to stop. Thank you |

Sorry for the delay in response. Hi,
Please go to the "Cron Jobs" page in your control panel and delete the cron job that creates the backup. I have the same issue, all backup forms are disabled, there is no cron job and softaculous is doing backups still. I checked universal.php config file to make sure the settings are applied and they are. This is becoming annoying and I need to stop it. I'm on the verge of removing softaculous altogether. We did release a fix to exit the auto backup cron job if the functionality is disabled from admin panel. However since the cron jobs are already added in the control panel they will execute but will exit immediately.
