Topic : drupal version is wrongly noted in softaculous

Posted By: bobjolliffe on January 27, 2012, 6:53 am
I recently tried to upgrade my drupal installation from 6.x to 7.1.  Turns out the process didn't work out but fortunately I had backed up the database and filesystem.  So I restored  everything back and set about trying again.  The problem is softaculous is convinced I am now at 7.1!  Anything I can do to reset this?

Hi Brijesh

Thanks for this offer but is it at all possible that I could get instructions to repair it myself without giving out the login details to your technical support?  This would be preferable if possible.

Best regards

Hi,

You might lose your installation data if you make a mistake hence, we recommend you let the support team do that.
If you don't want to give us the login details can you please email me the following file:
/home/USERNAME/.softaculous/installations.php
with the URL of your installation and also the previous version of your installation.
