Topic : Sentrifugo configuration error

After I install Sentrifugo on my domain (hosting through GreenGeeks.com), I find that I can't do the initial configuration without getting the following error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /sentrifugo/index.php/states/addpopup/selectcountryid/224 on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This happens right after installation (without doing any other actions).  I don't know if there is a problem with the way the app was packaged and installed, if it's my hosting provider's issue, or if the problem lies in Sentrifugo itself.

Does anyone have any thoughts for how to resolve this issue?  I'd at least like to know if it's a Softaculous issue or if I need to work with GreenGeeks.
