Hello
newly we faced a new issue on our serversusers who they are created directly from panel or from whmcs api did not have the option to reinstall the os
they get

when they clik on os reinstall

server have lots of kvm templates and they also hve access to media groups

they could upload iso and have access to predefined iso but not os templates ( the fist installation with any templates and also admin reinstall is work just fine )

Hi,
No OS template was added in any media groups assigned to the vps and hence it caused this error.
