do you have any Tutorial about how to set up IP based virtual server?

I am a beginner of Ampps, and also interested about paid server, but I do not know the difference.
Could you let me know that?

Hi,

AMPPS is for local development purpose only and can be accessed only within the local network. You cannot configure AMPPS to be able to access it from a public network.
