Topic : How do I change my country in Softaculous?

I am trying to renew my subscription, but when I try to pay, it has my location in India. I need to change it to the U.S. Under My Details, when I try to change my country to United States, it gives me an error and says I need to contact sales@softaculous?

Why so difficult to change the country?
