Posted By: peopleinside on December 8, 2016, 9:29 pm
Let's encrypt does not work. I selected a domain and asked for certificate, process running in background take my CPU to 98% no certificate has been installed.

Now I have take a certificate from an external buyer.

Please FIX. Have you tested before release Let's Encrypt? because tested in two different web server with CentOs and is not working!

Hi Marco,

We just tested the utility on two of our servers (CentOS 6.6 and Ubuntu 14.04).

On both the utility worked just fine and also we did not find any high CPU usage as said by you.

Please open a support ticket along with your access details and we will check what is it that is causing the issue on your machine.

Thanks, this topic is invalid. It works. Maybe was a temporary issue or all certificate and private key and CSR should be removed before issue Let's Encrypt.

I AM not wrong, there are issue with Let's Encrypt. If you have a website with HTACCESS and Extra Apache configuration Let's Encrypt can be unable to issue the certificate so you need remove HTACCESS and Extra Apache Configuration than issue the certificate and put back again HTACCESS and Extra Apache configuration.

You may have issue also in the auto renew after 3 month because as Let's Encrypt have issue on creating the certificate I think the same issue will be present on renew so website will go down and not work than you need every 3 month reissue the certificate after removed Apache extra configuration and HTACCESS.

Is a bad way to use Let's Encrypt for me
