Topic : Configure and Change IP Address

Hi,
I have being using AMPPS for a while now, However on adding additional IP Addresses for my Windows 10 install I cant access AMPPS after a fresh install, and previously my APP installs were not working.
How can I force AMPPS to install on another IP address and not refer to localhost/ampps? It seems to be using previous config data?

I believed I needed to change in hppd Listen 192.168.1.80:80ServerName 192.168.1.80:80However without changing the above ampps.local / (my dns for above address) resolves to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ampps\www which is what I want, however from the running application it goes to localhost/ampps/
Is there any guidance to this situation?

It now appears that I have two problems.
1. Opening from the AMPPS app aleays refers to localhost not ampps.local (how may I change this?)
2. All the aliases that should map folders such as ampps to ampps.local/ampps are failing, so I cant access any configurations including softaliciouse
