My hosting provider dropped C-Panel and switched to PowerPanel. I've had to redo all my email filters. In c-panel I could select direct to folder and use a drop down menu to navigate to the folder I wanted the emails directed to.
However, when I make this selection in PowerPanel, all I get is a text box. I use several emails addresses with the same domain so I want to direct certain spam to the same folder under one of the email addresses. What do I put in the text box to direct the emails to the folder.

Thanks for the help.

I'm having the same problem! My host doesn't know how to do this, either :squi: .

OK, using the following folder path in the text box worked for me:
/home/user/mail/yourdomain.com/foldername

(user = Power Panel login username)
Don't forget to add a name in the upper "Filter Name" box or it will fail :)

Oops! Unfortunately, I have discovered that the path I provided does not actually work properly :(

Mail is just sent to a black hole and you never see it. Does anyone know what the correct path is, or if the mail filters in Power Panel even work? My host can't figure it out.

If this can't be made to work, I will have to move to a different host that doesn't use Webuzo.

I have not been able to direct mail to a folder as well. I have had a trouble ticket in to support but they don't seem to be able to provide an adequate answer.

Not only can I not direct mail to a folder, but I've tried to match various regex expressions that were successful with c-panel, but have little effect with PowerPanel.

I think my hosting provider switched to PowerPanel because evidently c-panel is getting too expensive. I may switch hosting services as well as I've had more spam issues with this piece of junk than I care to mention.

My host switched from cPanel also. A number of things are now missing or simply no longer work.

My contact list is gone and my host has been unable to retrieve it. My alt IDs/aliases are also gone and all of my Plans & Features in the reseller panel have disappeared as well.

I didn't realize how good I had it with cPanel until my host installed this mess.

Has anyone ever figured this out?

Even creating a filter using the displayed default path - /home/username/mail - results in the filtered message being "black holed" :(
