Hi,
Virtualizor support used to reply to tickets within hours and in many cases in less than hours they would fix the issue. But recently I am facing unbelievable delay in replies!

And Skype support which is assumed to be ready for emergencies is not even available:

We are using this service in production server for gods sake! Virtualizor sales team contacted us through our website to advertise their services!

It doesn't look good. I've barely dealt with Virtualizor support but I don't want to deal with them either where possible.

This is the one area which Virtualizor suffers with against competitors. The Virtualizor product is good but support isn't very good. I hope they up their game here.

We apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused.
I just read your skype conversation and one of our support team member has replied and fixed the issue on your server yesterday.

About the backups we will be changing the backup functionality after improving the Migration, we will revamp it in way where the admin has full control over the backup process.

When are you going to fix the support delay? We are running a business here for god sake! If you can not afford support staff, you can charge more for premium support or what ever to fix this crazy delay! I can not wait in Skype for 2 hours to receive a single reply!

I have found the delays to be long as well, if anything it forces me to try and find solutions on my own. I'm missing tickets when I try to view them in the panel, and there is no "Close Ticket" option for those that I can see.
