I'm afraid that didn't work for us. I suspect because the softaculous.cpanelplugin we have has been fixed so when we try to unregister the plugin, it's not unregistering the correct plugin if that makes sense. Any advice?

Can you try to rebuild sprites ?

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild_sprites
