I recently moved to a new server at 23.95.35.104
Softaculous has not worked on this new server yet. Duplication: In the cPanel >> Softaculous Child failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel. Troubleshooting so far: PHP5.4 and Ioncube loaders are installed http://metatropics.com/phpinfo.php Softaculous License is valid |

Hi,

Hi,
I checked your support ticket and after checking your server it looks like the Softaculous installation was interrupted and hence not completed.
