 Urgent - Cloud Linux Breaks Everything, Not Answering Tickets (5 Replies, Read 65276 times)

I am trying to install Cloudlinux with CageFS following your procedure. In your docs. But the Plugin is completely screwed up and causing all sorts of errors. CloudLinux have already investigated and said it is your initial files that are the issue.
I need this for a production server and I would like to buy more licneses from you but cant until this is fixed.

You are not responding to my tickets. #229763

Still no response.
Further checks reveal.... despite paying for a license and everything being installed correctly ( i have had cloudlinux look at the server)

This issue with with the initiation and plugin that you have created.

CageFS doesn;t appear to initiate
PHP switcher does not work
Wizard does not work
LSAPI does not work

probably nothing else works.

I have spoken to Cloudlinux and they are very disappointed by the lack of support I am receiving.

Hi,
Discussed on ticket.
At the moment CloudLinux PHP selector and Nodejs Selector is not
supported in Webuzo. We are working with CloudLinux team on support for
these features and once it is integrated it should work fine.

For now you can use the MultiPHP and Manage Applications option in Webuzo native to use multiple PHP and nodejs versions.
