 - zip shell command, extension missing in php 5.6 (2 Replies, Read 7498 times)

The following extensions are missing in my vps sever , I am using weuzo panel but i am unable to activate it . i need it to be activated to deploy a cms.


raised a ticket in the support panel but no response for the past two days.

- zip shell command

They have replied but told me to verify with the script provider . but the script provider has identified that the error is occurring in the server script provided .

Hi,

We have tried our best to find the source of your issue but we did not manage to . The issue is that the zip command is available from ssh terminal, but not from php (called with exec). A usual command like whoami is not working neither when called from php .Other commands like tar (another compression tool) are available . Please ask to your hosting provider if they add some script that can prevent zip being used from php, or if they can tell you what can prevent this to work.
