 Softaculous URL Not Found After Successful installation, installed successfully, on ISPConfig, url (2 Replies, Read 4908 times)

Just an update.. I completed the trouble section of your installation instructions and placed at the top in a custom.ini file...
One strange thing that I notice is that while both my prod server and test server are both now showing a completely white page.
On the prod server the directory /usr/local/softaculous/conf containscount.json  custom.ini
Meanwhile on the test server the directory /usr/local/softaculous/conf contains
count.json  custom.ini    sitepad.json
I followed the same instructions on both installations, but only got sitepad.json on the test server and I have verified that my ufw firewall are correct on each server.
What's going on?

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still facing the blank page issue ?

If yes can you please check if all the php extensions mentioned here are enabled :
