Hi,
I'm almost new to virtualizor,
tried to create a vps via this template:
mirror.softaculous.com/virtualizor/templates/windows-2012server.img.gz

what i found as password for Administrator user is admin@123 which is not working,
also change password function doesn't work.

Questions:
1- how admin/user can change password for windows vps?
2- how can i create or where can i find template for windows server 2016 / 2019

During build Plan for windows vps i checked Remote Desktop tick.
3- where is virtualizor remote desktop in panel for admin/user, i mean something like NoVNC. ?

Regards,

1,. You can change the password within virtualizor. Just change it and shutdown / Start the vm again (make sure to really shutdown as restart /reboot may not be enough). if you make your own template changing password is only possible for account named "Administrator"
2. You can mount the windows installation ISO into a new created vm and install it.
3. There is no such thing as a rdp client in virtualizor. You need to use the windows integrated rdp client or use tools like royalts.

I would not recommend to use Windows 2019 at this time. You may face issues beyond your control. it´s not that I´am aware of any but it´s in general a good idea to wait until the virtualization platform supports it officially.
You need to keep a few things in mind when creating windows templates.
1. windows templates are BIG as they will have the exact size of your installation you are going to make the template of. (Is your root disk -or wherever you have your template location- BIG enough to handle 30-50GB template?) Although there is a method to shrink it, this never worked for me.

2. did you disable storing templates on slave servers? You should´nt if you don´t want to transfer these big templates over the network on install. But that means slave servers need much storage for templates too.
3. read the wiki article carefully.
4. read the wiki article carefully.
