I have reached out to ISPConfig and have tried to diagnose the problem thoroughly.
They're stuck and confused as to why it is not working.

I have all the modules installed and have even used the separate php.ini file.

Not sure where to go here.

Fail install softaculous on DireactAdmin

I am trying to install softaculous on directadmin and everything looks work without error

But, it throw to unexpected error when trying to access from DA

Contacted support with ticket id [#834079] for more than 2 days and still no response and solution.

I have tried to set this up on 2 different machines and have finely found some log files ;)

I have checked the modules loading and the only only one I don't have loaded is the mysql.so
I am assuming because I am using mariadb

I hope the team can read my message and give a positive feedback.
I think Softacolous demo of application like Wordpress ( https://www.softaculous.com/demos/WordPress ) are very useful BUT you really need upgrade your PHP version because Wordpress and not all plugin run well.
An alert in Wordpress Demo say that the PHP used is no more well supported.
