 SMF Clone Option, Clone Option is gone with my SMF installation (3 Replies, Read 1991 times)

Recently the Clone option for my SMF installation in Hostgator's Cpanel is gone - it was there a few weeks ago though.  Hostgator is using version 5.8.5 of the auto installer.  Anyone have any idea what is happening and how to fix it - Hostgator Support is useless.

Hi,


We have removed clone utility in SMF due to major changes in SMF 2.1.1. We will make changes and add it. We will let you know once we add it.

Hi,

We have added clone utility in SMF. Please ask your host to run CRON to get latest package.


You can refer following page to know CRON command : https://www.softaculous.com/docs/admin/immediate-synchronize-with-softaculous-servers/
