 Change IP from free to my Premium one (3 Replies, Read 3773 times)

Okay, I have a premium license from my old server and I'm trying to change the IP from the old server to the new server and it gives me an error.

Code

    * The IP address(s) - 98.142.209.5 - are already assigned to a Softaculous License.


Might be an error on my part, maybe something I did. But, is there a way to fix this so I can use the premium license on my new server?

Add your free license in the Client Area.
Then you will have to update the Free license IP first to some other IP.
Then put this IP in the premium one.

OR

Contact support with details to do it for you.

Nevermind, ran the cron script and it worked.
