What do the NGINX and PHP-FPM logs have to say ?

I just key in fuser -k 80/tcp and service webuzo restart but I can't access the files to my server at all please help thanks |

Restarting the webuzo service should get the webuzo panel up and running, and restarting the services gets the sites up and running.
