Topic : Change rainloop link

Posted By: kenson1990 on May 15, 2020, 8:14 pm
Hi, I am using webuzo free version. The default webmail system is rainloop and the url address is mydomain.com:2004/rainloop

May I know is that possible for me to change it to something like mail.mydomain.com ?

Besides that, am i able to access to rainloop web panel admin? I tried but it shows me "Access to the RainLoop Webmail Admin Panel is not allowed!".

A little later, but seeing your question without any answer, here is mine: you can simply install any webmail you want (Rainloop included) beside Webuzo in any subdomain you want. Then, you'll ignore the link in Webuzo itself.

OpenVZ VPS, CentOS 7, Webuzo Premium / Desktop and full-stack dev w/ C, C++, Python, Perl, javascript...

I have the same problem as kenson1990. Problem  mydomain.com:2004/rainloop  shows me "Access to the RainLoop Webmail Admin Panel is not allowed!".
Did anyone find the solution?

Hi,
Are you using webuzo v3?If not please upgrade your webuzo panel to the latest versionRefer this doc :
https://webuzo.com/docs/v2/upgrade-to-webuzo-v3/
Rainloop is not supported in v3 if you are using latest version of webuzo V3 you can access webmail using https://domain.com:2003/mail/ or http://domain.com/webmail/.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.
