Softaculous

Topic : new server with 11.25 and php 5.2.11 with ioncube

I have a new server running in cpanel 11.25, php 5.2.11 with ioncube installed

but when i go to whm-> plugins-> softaculous the error says

"Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/main/functions.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator."

Can you please let me know why?? Need this be fixed ASAP

And to add, ioncube is already enabled in the tweak settings and zend_extension have this already: /usr/local/IonCube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so

Hi,

In which PHP.ini file is the Zend Extension line ?
cPanel has two PHP.ini

/usr/local/lib/php.ini (for the www)
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc (for cPanel and WHM)

I have raised the issue with cPanel.

I need to know the solutions for this. It's working before and when I check it again it appear to be produce the same error as Ts said.

What error does it display ?
Also what cPanel build are you using ?
