I have to move my hosting and would like to know if you would be so kind to help me move my website content

I am moving from Plesk to cPanel

You can use the Remote Import feature in Softaculous :

If you are moving all the content from 1 hosting to another - then you should go with 301 redirection. As 301 offers permanent redirection of the website.
