As you all know, you can set nameservers in the Webuzo Control Panel, I have been issues with this.

I have two dedicated IP addresses on my Webuzo Dedicated Server, and I would like to assign the nameservers there own IP addresses, for example;

Main Server IP: x.x.x.01
NS1 Nameserver IP: x.x.x.01
NS2 Nameserver IP: x.x.x.02

I have set up the host entries for the nameservers on my domain registrar (GoDaddy), and then changed the nameservers for my domain to the ones I created before (Hos entries).

When the DNS servers are updated, my website is no longer available and won't load. Currently I have to do everything through GoDaddy's DNS Manager to get my site(s) to work on my Webuzo Dedicated Server, which isn't a problem, but can be annoying.

Am I doing anything wrong here, or is there an in detail guide/tutorial/help I use to set this up properly.

I hope this topic makes sense.
