Trying to install php-saml via composer, I get the following error:
onelogin/php-saml v2.12.0 requires ext-mcrypt * -> the requested PHP extension mcrypt is missing from your system.
The extension however is enabled in /Applications/AMPPS/php-7.1/etc/php.ini. What is wrong here?
