I decide not to use my own mail server so I sign up for mail hosting at Zoho Mail, it's just like Google Apps but free.

I've change my MX Record as Zoho provided but when I try send email from squirrel to my email or other email using username I created on Webuzo it said:

Message not sent. Server replied:

Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
550 Unknown user

I google it then found this:

The Cause: Both sender and recipient are on the same
mail server, but the recipient’s mail server is hosted by Google Apps
(or some other mail server).  Your smtp server makes a preliminary
request to the wrong server, and causes this false error message.
The Solution: The recipient (who has the mail server
hosted by Google Apps) needs to disable mail services for their domain.
  You can do it in IIS directly (assuming you are running Windows).  In
Plesk simply go to Domains > Mail > Disable Mail=======
How to disable mail in webuzo because on that link they using Plesk.

domain: example.com -->> set mx record to zoho
email: name@example.com -->> my email hosted on zoho

other email: test@example.com  -->> username created using webuzo and open using squirrelmail, this one can not send email out but incoming can receive. and if someone comment on my blog, a report undelivered mail will send to this address, it said "name@example.com unknown user"

Remove Exim from the Webuzo Enduser Panel and the local mail server will no longer be used.

I try to send email to alid@alidabdul.com (username created on webuzo
panel) from gue@alidabdul.com (hosted by zoho) I got undelivered
