Hi,

we ran into the same issue today (randomly, no update or something).

This is what we get from the chrome dev console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'os' of undefined

Hi,

Sir I just checked on your server and it seems that the modules files were missing on your server.
So I uploaded the file on your server and it is showing enduser panel fine now.
Please check and let us know if you are still facing the same issue.

Awaiting your reply.

Hi didn't add any files; just make sure that all module files are uploaded correctly to your WHMCS installation.

May I know which error you get?

It is giving the error in the callback saying "ERROR: Connection from an INVALID IP", and hence the panel does not appear for the end user.
I was told first that it was something I use cloudflare, but I do not know how to solve it.

Hi,

Sir this error comes when you have configured the Callback in Master setting in Virtualizor Panel.
And on WHMCS server, if callback is not configured properly.
But this should not cause issue in loading the panel.

We have fixed the issue for Cloudflare and this update will be available soon in next update of WHMCS.

If you are still facing the same issue please open the ticket at support we will check this on your server and fix it asap.

Yes, it's cloudflare.
I called the support, they looked but did not fix it, they must have found it difficult.

Another question, if possible, I want to do the automation system, which when it sells already delivered the machine configured, I made a windows template, I activated everything right, but when I use the same template in a plan with higher HD, type a template I did it in 20gb and I used it as a base on a 40gb plan, it gets 20gb unallocated, and with that I need to allocate.
Can you tell me how I can do this?

Hi,

Sir for cloudflare I can provide you the files which will load the enduser panel fine on WHMCS enduser panel.
It happens because cloudflare changes the script type of script tag and due to that JS is not bale to execute.

Please provide more details about the second issue you are facing.
