Topic : FTPd always stop when refresh

When I want to use filezilla to transfer files from localhost to server I got message "Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server"when I called the service support from niagahoster.com (reseller of hostinger.com) they said that the problem was that ftpd always stop when ftpd resetted. They told me to call webuzo support about this, because the problem related with ftpd that webuzo manage. Thank You

Thank you for your help. Now I can use Filezilla to transfer files again.
