softaculous does not find existing installations, impossible to "import" prestashop installations (1 Replies, Read 11292 times)

i have a server
i use PLESK last version
i have 3 domains, with 3 prestashop installed 1.6.1.24
i have installed softaculous to CLONE some of my prestashop in other subdomains
usually it works fine on other servers
i have been to "Prestashop 1.7" from ecommerce menu on softalicious
then i want to "import existing installations"
i use "autodetect installations" process
but the soft does not find any of my 3 installations
i have no explanation
can you help?
