As the title say's!

I installed Ampps on Windows 7 Ultimate to c:\ampps\** and the installation went fine. Mysql starts Apache didn't start!

Error message: Apache port is being used by another application

AFAIK Apache is using Port 80, checked that and Port 80 is open for using, not used by any apps. Modem Router is listening to Port 8080 and all other ports are forwarded incl. Port 80 to the Computer running Ampps.

Was running httpd.exe and get the following:
Quote
c:\ampps\apache\bin\httpd.exe
<OS10013>An attemp was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.  : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening socks available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

What I done wrong and how to solve the problem?

Thanks for any advice and answer.
