I was wondering why the cloud license is 10x more expensive than a VPS license?

Thanks for your reply.

Is it possible to limit to one machine? The thing is that I want to buy a premium license but I'm hosting at AWS so I think that a VPS license won't work, right?

You can use the VPS license, provided your IP does not change.
