Hi Krishnakumar,

We received your support ticket and we checked the backup and I see that the database password for your database user was not the one that existed in the backup info file. Hence you were getting the database failed error. I updated the database password to the one with the backup info file.

I also noticed that the path to your domain previously was :
/home/USERNAME/public_html/

while now it is :
/home/USERNAME/public_html/domainname.com

I updated the backup info file with that as well.

I was then able to restore the backup.
