The majority of our clients are end site owners, NOT designers, resellers and hosts, therefore, we find that the Lawyers, veterinarians, painters, artists and others, tend to be less technical and require a very steep learning curve... additionally, they do not have the time or desire to learn as this will never be something they feel they will need often.
We have had a number of people have us change their nameservers to Wix and other sites after they tried this.
