Hi,

Please try to execute the following commands on your server and check if you still face the issue :
rm -rf /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/bin/soft
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cli.php --repair
