Hi,
Until the backup is listed in the backups section of Softaculous do not consider the backup as completed.
Once the backup is completed you can restore it from the Backups page. Here is the guide for the same :

37 GB installation can take time to backup/restore. If there is a timeout for cPanel process it could be that before Softaculous could complete the backup process, the process was killed.
