Hi,


If you are going to use KVM, then you can use this guide :

https://www.virtualizor.com/docs/install/install-kvm

Every install will make the server as a stand-alone Master panel.
Installing master-only panel is not mandatory.
You can add slaves after installation.

https://www.virtualizor.com/docs/install/add-server

You can install KVM Virtualizor or just the master-only panel on Ubuntu 20.
And OpenVZ 7 OS will not require any license.
