ERROR IN SHIFTING TO USER LEVE

I'll open a ticket in a bit.

I'm actually running into two problems:
1) this "ERROR IN SHIFTING TO USER LEVEL" issue. It only happens in a couple of accounts, and I've not been able to identify the difference yet between where it happens and where it doesn't.

2) The mysql problem. ON working accounts, if any account has 8 or more characters in the account name, none of the installers can do database actions. My assumption is that this is because H-sphere creates databases and users, it pre-pends the username to the front of the database name and user name. That you handle fine. But if the name is 8 characters or more, h-sphere just uses the first 7 letters of the username. That's where it seems to be failing.

Any work-around on the 2nd one would let me at least roll it out to the majory of my customers.
