Thank you for the reply.  I will attach screenshots.  The first screenshot titled "EBC Screen1.jpg" is from the site that is functioning properly.  It has the appropriate number of theme templates installed.  The other screenshots all come from one of my sites that has the issue of the missing theme templates.  I can confirm and the screen shots will show that Pagelayer and PopularFX plugins are installed. Likewise, popularFX theme is installed.

I have another site that has the exact same problem.  The common thing between these sites with the issue is that they had pre-existing wordpress installations. They are both now running on WordPress 5.7.2.

I made a Google Photos album to share more pics since it seems that the attachments is limited to 3.
