apache and php not work

hello, i am very pleased to download ampps but when i start it apache and php are stopped and soon the ampps crashes.
I enclose an image to show what kind of error occurs. Hope you can help me
My system is windows 7 professional 64bit

Make sure port 80 is not being used by another program whilst ensuring that you have elevated file permission or administrative permissions on all AMPSS folder and subfolders.
