Did you open a support ticket with the email you are using for this forum account ?
I checked the tickets and found that all your tickets were resolved.
The only one unresolved was where you wanted to access the email client over SSL, our team had replied to the ticket that you can use the hostname (with SSL certificate installed) of your server to access web mail client and were waiting for your response.
If you would like we can resolve the issue for you asap just respond to that ticket and I will get it checked on priority.
