However while adding sub-domains or addon domains you can choose the path outside public_html folder which will be working the same. E.g. primarydomain.com -> /home/username/public_html addondomain1.com -> /home/username/addon1 addondomain2.com -> /home/username/addon2 subdomain1.com -> /home/username/sub1 subdomain2.com -> /home/username/sub2 This should help you achieve what you need.
