You can install LXC on a dedicated server or on a KVM VPS :

If you want to use Proxmox LXC then it needs to be installed on server/KVM VPS and then install Proxmox Virtualizor on it :

https://www.virtualizor.com/docs/install/install-proxmox/

You can add IP pool on panel and choose Vlan option and have your bridge selected there without adding any Vlan tag unless its necesarry.
You will need a Linux Bridge created on the server prior to that.


I mean, can I install  Virtualizor INSIDE the lxc container and use that to connect to proxmox to create lxc and kvm machines
