The issue arises because /dev/md3 is not a directory, so Virtualizor cannot handle VM files there correctly. Instead, create a dedicated directory like /vms, ensure it is properly mounted with the desired storage, and configure it with the QCOW2 format to resolve the errors and allocate the full storage capacity.
